The Purpose of the Law

Passage: 1 Timothy 1:8-11

 

  1. The law is only for the sinner. (vv 8-10)

     2.The law is used to reveal a person’s incorrect view of God. (v10)

     3. The law was given to teach us our desperate condition before a holy God. (v11)
