Super Summer is an intense week of discipleship and Bible Study for teens who are leaders in their youth group.  The youth will come back better leaders and more intent in their walk with Jesus.  Many have also accepted the call to ministry and missions who have attended while most have recognized the importance of taking their walk to a new level.  This is not a youth camp for a whole youth group.  It is for leaders only.

The cost is $175 until April 20th.  It increases to $210 after that date.

Centrifuge, Panama City Beach Florida: July 21st-28th, 2013

We are heading back to Centrifuge this year! We will be having a great time on the sandy beach of Panama City Florida while we learn more about what it means to follow Christ. You will not want to miss out on this trip!

There is a sign up sheet in the youth wing, but signing up does not confirm your spot. You must secure your spot by putting down a $50 deposit. February 1st is the beginning of Centrifuge sign ups so get that deposit to the church office as soon as possible. These camps fill up very quickly!

We will leave from FBC Fairborn on Sunday at 1:00pm on July 21st after the morning church service. We will return on Sunday, July 28th, at 8:00pm.

Sunday Night “Lift” 5:00pm – 7:00pm:

“Lift” is based on the idea that when Jesus is lifted up that He will draw all men to Himself (John 12:32). We have hope and salvation because Christ was lifted on the cross and died for our sin and then was lifted from the grave to live again! Our goal for Sunday nights is to introduce people to the Gospel. When we lift Christ up we will see awesome things happen.

Sunday nights are going to be more outreach driven and focused on fun. I want “Lift” to be something you can bring unchurched friends to that will be a comfortable environment for the purpose of them getting to know us as a youth group and the person of Jesus Christ.

We will have games and food and then wrap up the night with a short Bible study. Our theme nights are transitioning to Sunday nights as well. I hope you will join us in reaching out to your friends!

“Ignite” Wednesdays, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.:

We are starting a new study in the book of Revelation. This is all about interacting with scripture and discussing what it means as God’s truth and how it applies to our lives. There is a work book available for this study. Join us on Wednesday nights at 6:00pm and get challenged by the Word of God!
